Support Services Hours
- Client phone support is available from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM CST at 417-848-1584.
- Technical support staff is on site from 9:00AM CST until 6:00PM CST.
- Go ahead try after these times as we are often there late.
- If you need assistance right away and cannot reach us by phone be sure and email us a support@dpnd.net.
- The support mail account is normally monitored off site after business hours.
- Electronic Monitoring of the system is conducted 24 hours a day.
- At least one member of the technical support staff is on call at all times in case of equipment failure.
